We then deliver the Pack(s) and ensure they are waiting at your local accommodation office when you arrive so that you can focus on what really matters.
If you're at a partner University then it’s also very simple. You simply select your university, choose which of our pack(s) you want and add them to your cart. You then check out securely with Stripe and you'll then be able to collect your pack(s) from your university staff a short walk from your dorms when you arrive.
When you check out you input your address at University and move in date. We will ensure the pack is waiting at your local accommodation office when you arrive. If you’re at a partner University then your pack will be available to collect nearby. (You’ll be able to find out exactly where to pick them up on your specific University partner website!)
No, delivery is ALWAYS completely free. With our prices, what you see on the products page is exactly what you pay as we hate hidden delivery charges as much as you do.
This has never actually happened! However, in case that it does, Shoot us a quick e-mail or call us on 407-307-9139. We’ll be reachable anytime everyday of the week during the month of september to solve any problems you might have! If we can't find your pack we will return your money and send you another pack absolutely free of charge.
You can cancel your order at anytime and receive a full refund. To do so, simply shoot us an email through the contact form or call us at 407-307-9139. And if you changed to a different University then you can also just shoot us an email with the updated information and we’ll be happy to amend your order and send your pack to your new university.
